Author Guidelines
Manuscripts for LICAI, LICMH, and LICEF are submitted exclusively through the conference's OJS (Open Journal Systems) submission portal. Authors should first register an account, select the appropriate conference series, and follow the step-by-step submission wizard.
Templates
Both LaTeX and DOCX manuscript templates are available for download directly from the submission portal. Authors are required to prepare their manuscript using one of these templates before submission to ensure consistent formatting across the proceedings.
Manuscript structure
- Title, concise and descriptive of the paper's content.
- Abstract of 150–250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, findings, and conclusions.
- 4–6 keywords for indexing and discoverability.
- Main text following an IMRaD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) or another structure appropriate to the discipline.
- References formatted in APA 7th edition style throughout.
Length and language
Manuscripts should be between 4 and 12 pages, inclusive of references and figures. All submissions to Albion Conferences are accepted in English only.
Submission checklist
Before submitting, authors should confirm that the manuscript uses the current template, that all authors and affiliations are listed accurately, that references are complete and correctly formatted, and that the file does not contain any information that would compromise double-blind review, such as author names in the document body.
