Publication Schedule
Publication Schedule
Albion Conferences operates on a continuous, rolling submission model rather than fixed conference dates. Proceedings for LICAI, LICMH, and LICEF are published twice a month, resulting in 24 issues per year.
How rolling publication works
Authors may submit a manuscript at any time through the OJS portal; there is no annual submission deadline. Each manuscript proceeds through screening and peer review independently, and accepted papers are assigned to the next available issue rather than waiting for a fixed annual cycle.
Turnaround time
From the point a manuscript is accepted following peer review, publication typically occurs in within 7 days. This turnaround reflects the twice-a-month issue schedule combined with streamlined production, DOI registration, and certificate issuance processes.
Why rolling, twice-monthly publication
Publishing twice a month allows accepted research to reach readers and be formally citable without the delays typical of annual or quarterly conference proceedings. Authors benefit from a predictable, short interval between acceptance and public availability of their work, while reviewers and editors maintain a steady, manageable workload across the year rather than a single seasonal peak.
Checking issue status
Authors can track the status of their submission, including which upcoming issue it is scheduled for, through their OJS author dashboard at any point after submission.
